The UW-Madison Stock Pavilion was the vibrant setting for a well-attended event on Friday, April 11th, featuring Dr. Temple Grandin ↗️. The gathering of approximately 200 individuals demonstrated significant interest in Dr. Grandin’s expertise on improving animal stockmanship.
Attendees were notably enthusiastic to hear Dr. Grandin share her perspectives and practical strategies for enhancing the care and handling of livestock. The younger generation present displayed considerable curiosity regarding the topics discussed, indicating a strong interest in adopting best practices in animal management.
Dr. Grandin took time after the event to take photos, sign autographs, and talk with attendees.
The historical significance of the Stock Pavilion resonated with many in attendance, who acknowledged its long-standing role in hosting a diverse array of important events within the agricultural community and beyond ↗️.
