UW-Extension Milk Quality Veterinarian Pam Ruegg shares in this UW-Extension Dairy Science Webinar series research findings associated with the recently published Impact of Bedding Choice on Udder Health Freestall Herds. The purpose of the study was to do a survey of 325 larger dairy farms in Wisconsin and look at associations of bedding type and selected management practices with bulk milk quality and productivity.
