En este seminario, explicaremos los temas fundamentales para entender el ciclo estral bovino. Hablaremos de anatomía y fisiología en las diferentes etapas del ciclo estral de los bovinos. Platicaremos sobre las principales hormonas en cada fase y la interacción con el comportamiento del animal. De esta forma podremos relacionar este conocimiento de forma práctica para la detección de calores.
Summary (English)
In this seminar, we will explain the fundamental topics for understanding the bovine estrous cycle. We will discuss the anatomy and physiology of the different stages of the estrous cycle in cattle. We will talk about the main hormones in each phase and their interaction with the animal’s behavior. In this way, we will be able to relate this knowledge practically to the detection of calories.
